What You'll Do
As a Tax Senior, you will:
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
- Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes
- Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated client service
- Identify opportunities for tax planning and consulting
- Support business development efforts through networking and client outreach
We're looking for driven, client-focused candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm (local, regional, or national)
- CPA license, CPA eligibility, or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements
- Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in team development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
