We are looking for a dependable, skilled carpenter to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in siding installation, roofing, window and door installation, finish carpentry, rough carpentry, and general construction.

Responsibilities
· Perform a range of carpentry work, including framing, installation, repairs, and finish work
· Install and work confidently with a variety of siding materials
· Assist with roofing, window and door installation, and other general construction projects as needed
· Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
· Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
Requirements
· 3 years of carpentry experience preferred
· Experience with siding, roofing, window and door installation, finish carpentry, rough carpentry, and general construction
· Ability to work a consistent 40-hour week
· Must pass a background check
· Must remain free from drug or alcohol use during work hours
· Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
· Strong work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
