We're seeking an Activities Program Supervisor who's passionate about creating meaningful experiences and fostering a true sense of community.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging programs supporting residents
- Create and manage the community activity calendar, including events, holidays, and outings
- Coordinate community transportation, scenic drives, and destination trips
- Build partnerships with local organizations, entertainers, and community groups
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to enhance resident engagement
What You Bring:
- Experience in programs, activities, or senior services
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- A positive, energetic attitude and passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication, organization, and creativity
- Ability to multitask and manage programs within a budget
