Saltaire Apartment Homes is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our apartment community in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

What You'll Do

• Support the Community Manager in daily property operations
• Deliver an outstanding resident experience from move-in through renewal
• Assist with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals
• Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents
• Process leases, renewals, and resident documentation accurately
• Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and financial reporting
• Help manage budgets, invoices, and property expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to provide exceptional customer service
• Help create a welcoming, professional community environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily apartment management experience
• Previous experience as an Assistant Community Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, or Senior Leasing Consultant
• Proven success in leasing and sales
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with rent collections, reporting, and financial processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Availability to work weekends as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi
• Experience using RentCafe
• CRM software experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Experience with marketing and resident retention programs
