We’re hiring a Producer (Asset Coordinator) to join the visual production team of a leading global technology brand. This role is responsible for ensuring image workflows run smoothly from planning to final delivery, collaborating with creative, retouching, and production partners to keep projects on track and moving forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage image production schedules, timelines, dependencies, and resource alignment across multiple projects.
- Track asset status daily, maintaining detailed documentation and delivering clear weekly and day-to-day updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate closely with creative teams, retouchers, and producers to ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and requirements.
- Identify roadblocks early, manage risks, and proactively unlock stalled projects with practical solutions.
- Receive, verify, and distribute essential project information, ensuring accuracy across all documentation.
- Partner with Producers and production teams to refine processes, streamline workflows, and introduce operational efficiencies.
- Schedule and lead pre-production and post-production meetings, ensuring clear agendas, follow-ups, and accountability.
- Stay current with emerging production tools and technologies to continuously optimize the pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team to archive and organize all approved final assets.
- Work hands-on with core tools including: Numbers, Pages, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Camera Raw, Photo Mechanic, Capture One, and Quip
