We are looking for a Marketing Technology Program Manager to join a high-performing global team that builds bespoke tools and technology to power large-scale marketing programs. In this role, you will collaborate with world-class creatives, engineers, product teams, and marketers to develop solutions that elevate digital campaigns and drive meaningful connections with audiences around the world.
You will be a strategic problem-solver who combines marketing expertise with technical fluency—translating business needs into tool requirements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that programs are executed with precision, efficiency, and creative excellence.
What you will do:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define tool requirements, build roadmaps, and support large-scale digital initiatives.
- Manage landing page and asset requests, ensuring flawless execution alongside engineering and marketing teams.
- Identify technology opportunities that enhance organic channels, social platforms, and partner programs.
- Support tracking, API integration, testing, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Oversee the marketing tools roadmap with external engineering partners.
- Manage risk, timelines, communications, and documentation for complex, fast-moving international projects.
- Serve as a resource for internal teams—providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
What we are looking for:
- 5 years of experience in program/project management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (Apple, Android, Chrome), web technologies, CMS systems, and creative file formats.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and translating between business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities.
