ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are hiring experiential holiday tour managers to go on tour from in November/December with the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan, spreading joy and sharing acts of kindness with people across America. Tour managers will be on the road for the majority of their contract, traveling with a team of 4 crew members. Accountabilities will include working with venues, retailers, vendors, and acting as liaison between Salt back office team and field staff. *Please note that this is a freelance/contracted 1099 role and open to all US locations.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Crew/team management (2 crew members will be licensed drivers)
- Setup and teardown at all tour stops
- Preparing logistics for all tour stops with venue contacts
- Facilitating licensing and permitting where necessary
- Working as hybrid of manager and brand ambassador at every tour stop, engaging with consumers
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Proven In-field / Tour management experience
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent active listening & time management skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally
- Organized with the ability to multi-task if required
- Proactive attitude with a passion for team & client satisfaction
- High level of efficiency and accuracy
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to travel domestically
- Must be able to adhere to all provincial and federal regulations pertaining to COVID-19 restrictions
- Must be willing to work weekends
