We're looking for an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations.
- Recruit, hire, coach, and develop managers and team members.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve operational systems that drive consistency, efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, purchasing, and operating expenses.
- Monitor sales, labor, and profit-and-loss performance to identify opportunities and achieve financial goals.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and facility maintenance.
- Lead from the floor during service, providing direction, support, and real-time decision-making.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently executed.
- Build relationships with guests, resolve concerns professionally, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
Qualifications
- 3 years of Senior Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service casual dining restaurant.
- Experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Proven ability to build successful teams through effective hiring, coaching, accountability, and leadership.
- Experience implementing and maintaining operational systems that improve consistency, efficiency, and overall restaurant performance.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor management, food cost, inventory control, budgeting, and profit-and-loss statements.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve financial goals while maintaining exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Stable work history with a record of increasing responsibility and career growth.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
