A Line Cook should possess the following Qualifications & Experience:
- General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights, and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to company specs, recipes, and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain positive attitude
- Commitment to follow Salt Life Food Shack safety and sanitation policies
- Demonstrate a high level of organization, cleanliness, and a sense-of-urgency
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work: days, nights, weekends and some holidays
