Target Income: $30,000 – $120,000 First Year (Uncapped Earnings)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for experienced automotive sales pros

• Competitive Compensation: Base draw aggressive commission tier monthly factory/dealer bonuses.

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 – $3,000 for experienced automotive reps (commensurate with performance history).

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to identify vehicle needs, showcase product capabilities, and conduct professional vehicle demonstrations.

• Manage incoming digital, phone, and floor leads through our CRM.

• Build long-term client relationships, through outbound phone, text and email communications, to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Conduct thorough product presentations across our light-duty truck, SUV, and performance vehicle lineups.

• Collaborate with management to close deals and maintain top customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 years in automotive sales preferred, but high-performing reps from retail/B2B/cellular sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Drive: Self-motivated mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding personal income goals.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
