We are quality-obsessed, passionate about creating inclusive spaces, and growth-oriented, driven by the pursuit of better.About you and the role:Operations Specialists, alongside Operations Supervisors, comprise the team that keeps the gym running safely, smoothly, and enjoyably for everyone. Operations Specialists curate the experiences of our visitors and members each shift by setting a welcoming tone and providing excellent service. When not engaged with customers in the lobby, Specialists attend to additional responsibilities such as engaging with the community out in the gym and keeping up with back-of-house chores.
