What You Will Do:
- Guest Experience: Provide excellent dining experiences by promptly greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Menu Knowledge: Become well-versed in our menu offerings, confidently making recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Efficiency and Accuracy: Maintain a high level of service efficiency and accuracy when taking orders, delivering them to the kitchen, and presenting meals and checks to guests.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Uphold the appearance of the dining area, adhering to cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring all utensils, menus, and tables are immaculately presented.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery, quickly addressing any guest concerns or requests.
- Sales and Upselling: Have an aptitude for sales, suggesting menu add-ons or higher-priced items to guests, enhancing their dining experience and improving sales figures.
What You Will Need:
- Proven working experience as a Restaurant Server in an upscale environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, with the ability to remember and communicate menu items and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with guests and team members.
- A commitment to high standards in service, maintaining professionalism and poise under pressure.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A dedication to continuous learning and improvement, eager to keep abreast of the latest in culinary trends and dining etiquette.
