F&B Supervisor

About the Role: This is a seasonal position for the Rooftop. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FB Supervisor to join our team at The Abner in Litchfield. As an FB Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality. You will work closely with the FB Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Your main goal will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.Minimum Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work weekends and holidaysThis is a PM position only, ability to close requiredStrong knowledge of fine dining steps of servicePreferred Qualifications:Experience with inventory management softwareKnowledge of local food and beverage regulationsExperience in a hotel or restaurant customer serviceResponsibilities:Supervise and manage the daily operations of the food and beverage departmentEnsure that all food and beverage services are provided in a timely and efficient mannerTrain and develop staff to provide exceptional customer serviceMaintain inventory levels and order supplies as neededEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsSkills:As an FB Supervisor, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will also use your strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and train staff, maintain inventory levels, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work weekends and holidays will be essential to your success in this role.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
