SALT GROVE is a boutique movement and wellness studio rooted in intentional, high-quality experiences. We offer yoga, Pilates, Barre and sculpt-style classes designed to build strength, awareness and connection. We're expanding our class offerings to include strength-forward group training that complements our existing programming while maintaining the elevated, mindful feel our clients expect.
The Role:
We are seeking a certified Strength Conditioning Coach or experienced Group Fitness Instructor to lead dynamic, well-structured strength-based classes. This is an opportunity to help shape a new pillar of our studio-offerings, bringing formats such as circuit training, functional strength and progressive resistance training in a small group setting.
- Responsibilities:
- Design and lead engaging group strength classes
- Create programming that is safe, effective, and scalable for a range of fitness levels
- Provide clear instruction, form correction, and hands-on coaching when appropriate
- Foster an inclusive, motivating and community-driven class environment
- Collaborate with studio leadership to align class offerings with brand vision
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer or Strength Coach (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading group fitness or strength training classes
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, body mechanics, functional movement, strength programming and injury prevention
- Ability to coach both beginners and more advanced clients with confidence
- Professional, reliable, and aligned with a wellness-forward environment
Scheduling:
- 10am Tuesday Thursday
- 8:30am Wednesday
