Responsibilities: The Salt & Glow Standard
- Meticulous Room Resets: Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, focusing on the "Refined" details—flawless mirror finishes, hand-wiped baseboards, and perfectly vacuumed lines.
- Sanitization Excellence: Maintain our high standards of health by disinfecting kitchens and bathrooms using our signature eco-friendly, green cleaning agents.
- Surface & Floor Care: Restore the shine to hardwoods and the softness to carpets using professional techniques that protect our clients' investments.
- Laundry & Linen Service: Handle laundry tasks (washing, folding, and bed-making) with the same care and precision you would use in your own home.
- Neighborly Communication: Act as a professional ambassador for Salt & Glow, communicating warmly with clients and ensuring their specific "special requests" are handled with care.
- Integrity & Safety: Follow strict safety protocols and security procedures, ensuring every home is treated with the utmost respect and privacy.
Who You Are (Experience & Traits)
- The Detail-Oriented Expert: You notice the dust on the picture frame that others miss. Previous experience in high-end residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- The Trustworthy Professional: You understand the value of integrity. Backgrounds in military-affiliated environments or service-based roles are a major plus.
