Part-Time CrossFit Coach – Salt Fitness Project
Salt Fitness Project is looking for a passionate and energetic Part-Time CrossFit Coach to join our growing community. We’re searching for someone who loves fitness, values community, and can create a positive class experience for athletes of all levels.
Responsibilities
- Coach group CrossFit classes in the afternoon/evening hours
- Lead athletes through warm-ups, movement instruction, workouts, and cooldowns
- Provide scaling options and movement corrections for all fitness levels
- Create a welcoming, motivating, and community-driven environment
- Assist in maintaining gym cleanliness and organization
- Build relationships with members and help retain a strong gym culture
Qualifications
- CrossFit Level 1 Certification (required)
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- Availability for afternoon/evening coaching blocks
- Ability to coach approximately 3–6 hours per week

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
