Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Assembly Team Members to help assemble our products with accuracy and speed. This is a temp-to-hire position that begins with a 30-day trial period. During this time, team members are expected to maintain consistent attendance throughout the full trial period, receive training, and work toward a production standard of 2 units per hour while maintaining quality standards. Upon successfully meeting these expectations, a full-time offer will be extended.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products in accordance with company standards
- Meet production standard of two assembled units per hour
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Keep your work area clean
- Follow safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- Ability to stay on your feet for the full 8-hour shift
- Willingness to work hard with a can-do attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Must pass a background check
- Must provide at least one work reference
