Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLPA – Maternity Leave Coverage
Private Practice | Flexible Schedule | $40/hour (1099 Contractor)
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our private practice team part-time to support a growing business. This is a great opportunity for an SLPA looking to supplement their income with flexible hours and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. Hours needed are 5-10 weekly with the potential to grow.
You'll be stepping into an established caseload with guidance available every step of the way. As the clinic owner, I’m committed to making sure you feel confident and supported in the role.
Position Details:
- Timeframe: Beginning 12/5/2025
- Hours: Flexible - 5–10 hours per week. Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend hours available.
- Compensation: $40/hour as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Schedule: Flexible – set your own hours!
- Caseload: Primarily pediatrics, with few adolescents and adults (Choose your caseload upon comfortability).
- Service Delivery: Mix of in-person and virtual sessions
- Location: Private practice setting in Ellenton, FL (location details provided upon inquiry)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 30-minute and 1-hour speech therapy sessions (in-person and virtual)
- Deliver individualized therapy based on client goals
- Complete daily SOAP notes in a timely manner
- Schedule clients and manage your caseload independently
- Communicate and collaborate with families and other professionals as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
