Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Burlington, NJ. The HR Generalist will oversee daily HR operations, implement HR policies, and manage employee benefits. Responsibilities include administering HR programs, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and driving organizational initiatives. The role also involves benefits administration, coordinating onboarding processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Experience in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools; experience with HR software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain environment is a plus
