Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented EDI & Systems Integration Specialist to lead the maintenance, development, and implementation of seamless electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions and system integrations across our diverse platforms.
This is a full-time hybrid role who will be responsible for managing and supporting the systems that connect warehouse operations, customers, and third-party platforms. Ensures reliable order flow, accurate data exchange, and rapid issue resolution across the 3PL environment. Serves as the technical liaison between internal teams and external partners for EDI and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • EDI & Systems Integration
  • Manage daily EDI operations across multiple platforms
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, missing transactions and data inconsistencies
  • Monitor and triage alerts
  • Onboard new trading partners (surveys, testing, validation).
  • Support and coordinate API-based integrations (e.g., shipping, tracking).
  • Familiarity with EDI file types 204, 210, 214, 990, 997s and flow of EDI process
  • Proven ability to read and understand EDI data formats and structures such as X12 & EDIFACT, XML, flat files, etc. (certification in EDI or supply chain management preferred)
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as technical point of contact for Customer Service, Account Management, Fulfillment, and partners.
  • Communicate clearly to drive issue resolution and task closure.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, integrations, and fixes.
Required Qualifications
Technical
Experience with TMS platforms (required)
Familiarity with WMS/3PL order and inventory workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot API, FTP, and system-to-system data exchanges.
Understanding of FTP/SFTP connections, firewalls, general security best practices, WinSCP with scripting file transfers
Professional
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented problem solver.
Collaborative, service-focused mindset.
Strong Experience Preferred
Proven experience in systems with a focus on EDI integration and enterprise solution architecture.
Familiarity with database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, PostgreSQL; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex systems issues efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
