YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES WILL INCLUDE.
Setting the pace, expectation and energy levels of your team
Motivating and inspiring your team with the ability to hold them accountable
Perform at the highest level while continuously holding them accountable
Overall performance of the restaurant
Overseeing guest experience keeping in mind our guest obsessed mantra
Ensuring food safety, staff development and profitability

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Experience in a Managerial/Supervisor Role
- Previous Experience in the Restaurant/Food-Service Industry
- Able to Work in a Fast Paced Environment
- Legally Authorized to Work in the United States
- Able to Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years old
