In this role, you will
work closely with the CEO and the Salsa team, supporting all phases of financial operations and contributing
to the company’s continued growth. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable and
payable, supporting financial reporting and analysis, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with sales
and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
•Maintain and manage QuickBooks (Desktop), ensuring accurate, timely, and up-to-date financial records
•Process and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
•Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan statements on a regular basis
•Prepare and issue Salsa Orders, Purchase Orders, and invoices; track, monitor, and follow up on outstanding
receivables
•Prepare, manage, and maintain business sales forecasts and growth projections
•Maintain and update the Production Recap Report to ensure operational and financial alignment
•Accurately record, categorize, and monitor all income and expenses
•Coordinate and support payroll processing
•Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
•Prepare and analyze basic financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
•Maintain well-organized financial records and all supporting documentation
•Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments on orders and projects
•Support audits, tax preparation, regulatory compliance, and MWBE certification requirements
•Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding billing, payments, and financial
matters
•Provide support in sales operations, business scaling, financial planning, and growth strategy initiatives
