We are looking for Braiders (full-time & part-time) to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. This is an opportunity in which you can build and maintain a loyal client base. You must be able to provide protective styles, such as Box braids, Feed-in braids, Ghana braids, Crochet, Kinky twist, Marley twist and Rope/Senegalese twist.
Ultimately, our goal is to staff amazing people who will help us boost our reputation by offering exquisite personalized services to our clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand requirements from a visual and technical standpoint
- Determine the correct material and application according to each customers’ desired look
- Apply simple and complex techniques to offer the best styles
- Use additional hair to create fuller and longer hair styles
- Do appropriate hairstyling to complement customers’ needs
- Clean and maintain hair booth and tools
- Create a comfortable environment for clients
- Create a menu of signature styles
- Efficiently educate your client of the service they are getting
- Create a comfortable and uplifting service to help our clients enhance their beauty
