Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Perform high-quality lash extension, lash lift that leave clients feeling confident and satisfied.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client's experience is personalized and enjoyable.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the spa.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
• Utilize software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, makeup techniques, and beauty products.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist
• A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required by state regulations.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and helping clients feel their best.
• Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
• Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Skills in makeup application, waxing, massage is always a plus but (not required)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
