Role Description
The DFW Store Market Leader will oversee and manage the operational and sales performance of 7 stores within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As a full-time role, this position requires guiding store teams to meet sales objectives, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing inventory, leading sales initiatives, implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing business performance to drive growth. The Market Leader will also foster strong relationships with customers, staying attuned to industry trends and customer needs to deliver exceptional service.

- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate employees.
- Experience as a multi-store leader in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes
- Knowledge of marketing initiatives and customer relationship management

- Previous experience in multi store management in retail or the beauty industry is a plus
