Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice on nail care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
- Assist clients with retail sales of nail care products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
Requirements
- Valid Nail license or Cosmetology license.
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of work.
- Knowledge of various nail care techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills and ability to upsell services effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
