We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a team of Salon Managers and ensure smooth operations across multiple locations—including property management oversight, retail performance, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong leader who is highly organized, people-focused, and able to effectively navigate complex or sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Salon Managers across multiple locations
- Set clear expectations, conduct regular performance check-ins, and provide ongoing training
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and high-quality service
Operational & Property Management
- Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across all assigned salon locations
- Maintain high standards for property condition, cleanliness, and presentation
- Oversee coordination of repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Monitor adherence to company policies and operating procedures
Member Relations
- Support Salon Managers in maintaining strong relationships with beauty professionals (members)
- Deescalate escalated issues and ensure fair, objective, and timely resolution
- Ensure licensees receive a safe, modern, and well-managed workspace
Business Performance & Reporting
- Analyze performance metrics and support locations in achieving occupancy, sales, and retention goals
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and business growth
- Conduct regular site visits and provide detailed reports to senior leadership
Retail & Environment Oversight
- Support retail presentation, merchandising consistency, and inventory expectations
- Ensure all locations maintain brand standards
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of multi-unit or regional management experience
- Experience in residential/commercial property management or leasing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, influence, and motivate teams
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflict objectively
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency (CRM, scheduling tools, Google Workspace or MS Office)
- Ability to travel regularly between regional locations
- High level of self-discipline, accountability, and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Beauty industry management experience
- Basic accounting or ledger review skills
- Experience in a retail or hospitality environment

Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: From $90,000-$100,000/yr plus annual bonus
