You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in hair styling, coloring, extensions, and all aspects of hair, ( We also offer Waxing and some Nail Services) while building meaningful relationships with clients. As an independent stylist, you’ll manage your own schedule, deliver exceptional customer service, and create personalized beauty experiences that leave clients feeling confident and radiant. Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with industry standards and state regulations.
- Keep current on industry trends by participating in ongoing education related to color theory, new techniques, and sanitation practices.
- Assist greeting all clients that enter Salon, ask if they need anything.
- Mentor new team members or apprentices to foster a collaborative learning environment.Experience
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio of diverse services performed.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures within a salon setting.
- Excellent communication skills for client consultations and retail upselling opportunities.
- Ability to manage store operations effectively including retail sales math and store management basics.
- Does their own clients and scheduling and check out.
