The Guest Services Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service ever the phone, upon arrival and throughout their stay. This role involves managing reservations, providing retail and service recommendations and addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide accurate information about salon services, pricing, and promotions
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Process client payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail center
- Assist stylists and technicians with client needs as necessary
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Happy, pleasant disposition and a great smile
- Previous experience in a Salon/Spa customer service, hospitality or receptionist role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing appointments
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be available on Saturdays.
