What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salon Receptionist position at SALON FUSION & SPA?
Our salon is a fast paced, fun, and friendly environment to work in. Not only do you get to meet great guests, but it's also the most important position on our team. As the face of our company, you are the first person the guest sees when they come in, and the last person they speak to when they leave. This position requires an outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- In person and over the phone customer contact;
- Making appointments;
- Checking guests in and out;
- Coordinating the flow of the salon;
- Anticipate the needs of the guests and be proactive in selling retail products;
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
