Responsibilities
- Greeting and supporting guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments, phones, and client flow
- Actively selling: Wellness memberships, Packages, Salon upgrades, and add-ons
- Handling unexpected situations with communication and initiative
- Supporting both salon and wellness operations
Important Expectations
- Communication is non-negotiable — especially in emergencies
- Feedback is part of growth, not a personal attack
- Accountability and teamwork are essential
- This role requires emotional maturity and resilience

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
