- Handle front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling
- Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client transformations, and grow the salon’s online presence.
- Upsell additional treatments or products to maximize guest experience while ensuring excellent customer service. .
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of cosmetology practices including hair styling, coloring, cutting, and barbering techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies with a focus on upselling products and services confidently.
