Key Holder/Beauty Advisor

We’re looking for a confident, customer-obsessed Beauty Advisor Key Holder to help lead the sales floor, open and close the store, and play an important role in helping the team hit daily sales goals.

If you love talking products, sharing recommendations, and staying busy on a fast-paced sales floor and can keep the energy high when management is away— you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

· Create an elevated, welcoming experience for every guest

· Lead the sales floor and support the team in the absence of management

· Open and close the store, following all operational and security procedures

· Support the team in achieving daily store sales goals and grow your individual average ticket through thoughtful add-on selling

· Coach and guide Beauty Advisors to hit daily goals

· Handle cash operations, including registers, returns, and loyalty programs

· Accurately process transactions, returns, and discounts at the register

· Promote current promotions, events, and in-store services

· Provide expert product knowledge and trend-forward recommendations

· Upsell and suggest complementary products to enhance each purchase

· Maintain visual standards, inventory accuracy, and store cleanliness

· Multitask with confidence during high-volume and peak selling times

· Stay aware of store activity and engage customers to support loss prevention

· Complete daily operational tasks, including deposits and inventory processes

· Jump in wherever needed to support the team and overall store success

What We’re Looking For

· High school diploma required

· 2 years of retail experience (beauty or merchandising preferred)

· 1 year of key holder or lead experience preferred

· Passion for beauty, products, and trends

· Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills

· Ability to delegate, multitask, and problem-solve

· Flexible availability (20–29 hours/week, including weekends, opens & closes)

· Willingness to work at other Salon Brands locations as needed

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand and move for 3–8 hours per shift

· Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
