What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Support Team Member position at Salon Blu?
Job Overview:
- Must be ready for a fast paced environment, hardworking, punctual, quick learner, team player, great customer service skills, willingness to learn and attention to details, just to name a few.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering phones.
- Greeting guests upon arrival.
- Checking out guests.
- Booking future appointments.
- A liaison between stylists & guests.
- Light cleaning/dusting retail shelving, sweeping, etc.
- Ultimately boosting the reputation of the brand by building friendly, trusting relationships with guests.
Qualifications:
- Must have full time availability (30 hrs). We are open Mon-Sat (between 9am-8pm depending on the day of week) schedules vary but flexibility is a must. Unfortunately we can not hire part time or only opener/closer positions.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays during business hours.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Experience a plus, but willing to train the right person.
