Salon Blānc in Milwaukee, WI is looking for one hairstylist & salon manager to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 1541 N Water St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
$18-$20 hourly PLUS 50% Commission.

- Provide high-quality haircuts, blowouts, color services.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of current trends and techniques in hair-styling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat visits.

- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth workflow
- Schedule appointments and manage staff schedules
- Lead and motivate the team to meet service standards and goal
- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies
- Assist with social media content
