WE’RE HIRING: FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Salon Blānc | Milwaukee
Love the beauty industry and making people feel welcome? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to be the first face our guests see at Salon Blānc.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Welcome guests and manage check-in and checkout
• Schedule appointments and respond to calls and client messages
• Help clients with rebooking and product purchases
• Keep the reception area clean and inviting
• Communicate with stylists to help the day run smoothly
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and comfort using booking software
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and reliable attendance
• Salon or front desk experience preferred, but not required
PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay is based on experience. Schedule and availability will be discussed during the interview.
