EXPERIENCED In shampooing hair in a salon before, at LEAST 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCED shampoo assistant full time, p/t Westhampton Beach Salon. The ideal candidate will have a license and passion for the beauty industry and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced salon environment
Duties
- Assist stylists with shampooing color etc
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
- Prepare clients for salon services
- Support stylists in various tasks as needed
- Learn and apply basic hair care techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals
## Qualifications
License
- Familiarity with hair care products and treatments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Nice-to-have skills: Blow dry skills Eyelash extensions, Color theory, Makeup application, Nail care, Upselling, Retail sales, Mentoring, Barbering
