SALMON at Natick is seeking an interim Recreation Director, responsible for the daily operation of recreation services, providing quality programming and leading the team of Engagement Assistants and Coordinators within Whitney Place Assisted Living and Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center.
The Director of Resident Engagement will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of residents of the Senior Living Community. This position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative engagement strategies that foster community, connection, and well-being among residents. The director will collaborate with various departments to ensure that programs and services are tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of residents. By leveraging data and feedback, the director will continuously assess and improve engagement initiatives to create a vibrant living environment. Ultimately, the goal is to cultivate a sense of belonging and satisfaction among residents, contributing to their overall quality of life.
