About Us:

We are seeking a Full-Time Recreation Aide to assist in planning and leading engaging activities that promote socialization, physical well-being, and overall quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and leading recreational programs, activities, and special events.
Encourage resident participation in activities that enhance social, emotional, and physical well-being.
Adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of residents.
Maintain activity schedules and ensure proper documentation.
Assist with transporting residents to and from activities as needed.
Work collaboratively with the recreation team to create a positive and stimulating environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Experience in recreation, activities, or a related field preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Passion for working with seniors and individuals in a healthcare setting.
Creative, energetic, and able to engage residents in activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
