Role Description:
We are looking for a hungry Loan Originator who wants to build a book of business, close deals, and earn at a high level. This is a full-time, on-site role in Jersey City, NJ. The Loan Originator will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and closing new loan opportunities through outbound and inbound deal flow
- Prospecting investors, developers, brokers, and deal sources
- Structuring loan terms, pricing deals, and issuing quotes
- Managing borrowers from first call to funding
- Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
