Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pre-screen potential patients for clinical trial eligibility
- Educate patients about study opportunities, procedures, and expectations
- Coordinate and schedule screening visits with the clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
- Follow up with leads and ensure strong patient engagement throughout the enrollment process
- Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators and providers to meet enrollment targets
- Track and report enrollment metrics and pipeline activity
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines
- Previous experience in clinical research, healthcare, sales, or patient recruitment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing medical information with patients in a clear and compassionate manner
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
