- Clinical Care: Conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with clinical staff.
- Collaboration: Work closely with families, caregivers, and service providers to ensure the best outcomes.
- Compliance: Maintain ethical standards (BACB), adhere to HIPAA guidelines, and ensure thorough documentation.
- Professional Growth: Participate in regular clinical meetings and stay active in your field.
- Credentials: Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field, plus a valid CT BCBA License and certification in good standing.
- Experience: 1 years of supervisory experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus.
- Skills: Strong ABA knowledge, assessment, organization, communication, and tech skills.
