Collateral Analyst

Position Summary:

The Collateral Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Account Executive and Operations team from an administrative perspective. To assist the AE in all aspects as required, to ensure delivery of customer service and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that debtor notification and/or verifications are performed in compliance with KPC requirements

· Maintaining ongoing contact with the account debtors regarding payment status

· Responsible for reviewing daily schedules and supporting documents to ensure accuracy

· Responsible for updating the debtor information and credit information (D & B)

· Responsible for always providing quality customer service

· Work closely with the AE, Credit Controller and Data Entry

· Providing support to the cash team such as posting cash and cash reconciliation

· Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned

Requirements:

· Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

· Ability to manage multiple priorities

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong customer service and computer skills

· Must research accuracy of payments and invoice posting

· Attention to detail must be evident

· Ability to meet deadlines
