Position: Spa Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with guests, identifying and addressing their needs to ensure a positive experience.
- Actively promote spa services and packages to support sales goals.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and inviting atmosphere for both guests and team members.
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, offering courteous and helpful assistance.
- Utilize computer skills for accurate record-keeping, appointment scheduling, and calendar management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to improve communication and streamline daily operations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about spa services and amenities.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent / Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in sales or receptionist roles, ideally in a spa, luxury, or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing front desk operations, calls, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Comfortable promoting spa products and services to guests in a natural, client-centered manner.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: Starting from $18.00 per hour, with commission potential.
- Hours: 20-30 hours, as needed
