Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to existing clients
- Assist with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims follow-ups
- Conduct Farmers Friendly Reviews to ensure client policies are accurate and up to date
- Cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate
- Work closely with agents and team members to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English – must be fluent in both
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (P&C)
- Previous insurance experience required
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Salary : $20 - $25
