Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beauty products tailored to their needs and preference
- Upsell complementary products by understanding customer needs and showcasing benefits effectively
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized stock shelves, restock merchandise, and ensure proper merchandising standards
- Engage with customers via social media management to promote new products, events, and special offers
- Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Knowledge of cosmetology principles, makeup application techniques, and current beauty trends
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards
