- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Utilize salon software, such as Millennium, for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Answer phone calls and book appointments with professionalism
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, particularly in a beauty or cosmetics environment
- Proficiency in using a cash register and handling transactions
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with stock management practices
- Experience with salon software, preferably Millennium, for appointment scheduling
- Ability to manage front desk duties efficiently
- Skilled in upselling techniques to increase sales
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
