Our Customer Support Specialist plays a key role in the day to day operations of the office. This role requires having a positive and supportive relationship with customers and internal office personnel. This role involves daily interactions with customers, managing orders and providing administrative support for internal projects and company initiatives.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer support emails and voicemails
- Fulfill online orders and ship them out via FedEx and USPS
- First responder to assisting customers that walk-in (selling school uniforms and getting customers their orders)
- First responder to answering the phone
- Assisting with tracking in office inventory
- Entering new customer information into our CRM tool
- Assisting with internal projects as needed
- Heat pressing apparel (as needed)
- Assisting sales team (as needed)
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with email, phone, and common office software
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative on new projects
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver’s license
- Clean background check
