Job Description:
Fuel Station Attendants are responsible providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and professional appearance which includes wearing a uniform and name tag at all times. Additional responsibilities include collecting cash payments from customers and making change, or charging purchases to customers' credit cards and providing customers with receipts. Keeping reports of your daily activity Maintaining a consistent clean work environment both inside the convenience store and the outside gasoline pumps. Stocking store and cooler when needed. Wiping down pumps, emptying all trash, cleaning restrooms and cooking.
Job Details:
- Greet Customers will a pleasant and helpful attitude
- Maintain customer service standards set by employer
- Keep all areas of the station clean and in an orderly fashion. This includes, the customer restrooms, the main customer service area (inside and out)
- Keep accurate report of all transactions
- Maintain open communication with supervisors
- Adhere to all federal and state law statutes regarding the sale of tobacco, lottery, and alcohol
- Wiping down pump
- Stocking store
- Cleaning restrooms
- Cooking food as needed
Job requirements:
- Previous customer service experience with an focus on attention to detail and a willingness to help the customer preferred
- Dependability and timeliness a must
- Strong Communication skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to work alone
