As a College and Career Readiness Mentor, you will serve as a trusted guide, advocate, and role model for high school students across the Flathead Reservation. You will support students in planning for their future by opening doors to postsecondary opportunities, encouraging experiential learning, and helping youth explore their interests and talents.
Minimum Qualifications: An Associate degree paired with a passion for student success and community collaboration. One year of experience leading youth programs, academic mentoring, or college/career prep initiatives preferred. Familiarity with postsecondary admissions and financial aid processes, and career pathway navigation. Current driver's license.
